A beautiful son with a golden glow, a halo and a mark of the Taurus on his body, was born to queen Satyaki, wife of Shree Shreyans, king of Pundarikgini in Mahavideh Kshetra. All the gods and goddesses rushed to get a glimpse of this supreme soul. He was given the name of Shree Simandhar.
His physical body now stands 1500 feet tall. Princess Rukmani became the fortunate woman to marry the Lord. Lord Simandhar took diksha, renunciation from wordly life on the day of Fagan Sudi Trij. After thousand years as a sadhu(ascetic), during which all his karmas, which had carried faults, exhausted, the Lord became fully enlightened. Thereafter, by mere darshan of the Lord, people attain the path of liberation.
Simandhar Swami is now one hundred and fifty thousand years old and will live for another one hundred and twenty five thousand years. He was born before Lord Rama. He is currently present, directly accessible, has a physical body and presently lives and moves about as tirthankar (Preacher of true dharma) at Mahavideh Kshetra.
Where is Mahavideh Kshetra ?
In the north easterly direction of our world, lies the world of Mahavideh of Jambudwip. It is millions of miles away. It is completely separate from this galaxy. It is not possible to go there physically.
How can one go to Mahavideh kshetra?
If one acquires the qualities of the people living in the fourth time cycle and losses the characteristics of the fifth time cycle, one can go to Mahavideh Kshetra. For example, if someone insults you and you have no bad feelings or thoughts towards that person, then you will go to Mahavideh kshetra.
If we want to visit a friend, we call first by telephone and telephone acts as an instrument to get in touch with your friend. Similarly, we can join our link with Smandhar Swami by praying, doing aarti, bhakti everyday. Thus we will start our link with him and He will bestow blessings on us.
Another way is to pray through the medium of Dada Bhagwan who had a direct link with Simandhar Swami.
