One year of YMHT (young mahatma) was completed
on 20th January 2009,& so we had a celebration of two
days . The days were 30th & 31st of December. The mornings were
full of peace when we did vidhis, prayers & aarti.
The first session was of playing games. Each
center group introduced themselves by selecting a theme &
performing a play or a drama & each one gave a small message in
the act they performed. The messages taught us many things that we
can apply in day to day life. Other games we played in two days
were Four corners, scientific circumstances game. Each game taught
us something at the end.
The most interesting was of course the satsang
(interaction session) with Pujya Deepakbhai. He made us
underst& many things lovingly & patiently & at the same
time made us laugh a lot he interacted with us on usage of mobile
phones, on harassing anyone & seeing faults of others. He
stressed on living peacefully with everyone.
At night didis had arranged a dinner along
with a warm campfire. Woods were lighted up & little kids gave
a dance performance & drama & couple of jokes. They all did
hard work for us & we all appreciated their efforts with great
applause. We ended the campfire with garba around it.
Two days full of fun, games, & satsang
sessions filled the gaps among all of us. Didis guided us &
gave us solutions to our problems & topics which we discussed
with them gave us good keys of dadas vignan. Interesting stories
like that of lord Parshvanath & games like antakshari lightened
our moments. We felt like being in childhood again.
On the last day we went to see 'Vatsalya'
house where Niruma lives & saw her room where we can still feel
her pure love & presence. The shibir ended with new year
bhakti with Pujya Deepakbhai & other mahatmas. Never celebrated
a new year before with such bliss.
I still look forward to another meet like this
as it brings us all so close with our colleagues as well as our
