There was a beautiful garden,Greenland, where the trees like Mango, Neem, Sandalwood & Gulmohar living happily.
Once when it was a summer season, all the trees had cool shade under them. All the mango trees had delicious juicy mangoes hanging on them.
Amongst them, there was this Merry Mango tree. People used to come and sit under it's shade and eating the mangoes happily.
Merry Mango (thought one day): Everyone eats and takes my mangoes, but does not give anything in return! Why should I give them my mangoes?
Next day two children came to get mangoes but Merry Mango refused to give.They tried persuading Merry Mango 2-3 times, but they couldn't so they left.
Then a parrot came to eat mangoes. Merry Mango got very angry and shook the tree so vigorously that the parrot got frightened and flew away!
Summer season came again,it was full of mangoes, but people didn’t dare to go near it. Branches started breaking with the weight of the extra mangoes.
Merry Mango started getting sick. The gardener called the doctor. Doctor - ‘This is a serious matter….’
Doctor- Merry Mango, when people used to pluck your mangoes, it created empty space in the branches to sprout new mangoes so you used to stay fresh!
Doctor - But now you have stopped giving your mangoes and the branches are not getting emptied, that’s the reason you’ve fallen sick.

Doctor- There is no harm in giving away your things to others, you get happiness instead. Nature takes care of us.
Merry Mango- Yes, that is true. It was my mistake, but from now on, I’ll always let everyone eat my mangoes.
Like this Merry Mango started giving its mangoes to everyone. Seeing everyone enjoying its delicious, sweet mangoes, Merry Mango felt joyful.
Looking at its kind nature, more and more people started coming to eat the mangoes. And then Merry Mango never felt sick.
