Fact - When a person has food that he dislikes, he starts becoming free of diseases. And by having food that you like, the health gets damaged.


Details - A person dislikes food that doesn’t suit his taste and hence he might not have it at all. On the other hand, if a person only consumes food that he likes, then it might affect his health as the quantity of the consumed food will be more. In both the above cases, wouldn’t it defeat the concept of ‘Balanced Diet’?
