Kid's camps this year was held in Surat, Rajkot, Mumbai, Bhavnagar, Baroda, Bhuj & Simandhar City. Approximately, 1500 kids participated in the camps at various cities.
The kids were divided into two age groups of 7 to 9 years & 10 to 12 years. The kids had an amazing learning experience on different topics & they were shown an audio visual presentation on Shrimad Rajchandra's life incidents. Both the age groups actively participated in interactions, games & activities related to the various topics. The older kids prepared wonderful flip books in which they drew pictures of different incidents where they failed to respect their parents & how they would now start respecting them.
The younger kids drew pictures depicting how to give happiness to their parents, teachers & elders. They creatively designed little skits on the topic. The younger kids also had the topic of 'Bad Words' & learnt how to do pratikraman for such behavior.
The older kids had discussions on the topic of 'Responsibility' & prepared informative charts on this topic. Bhakti, prayers, aarti & prakshal of Simandhar Swami included to the main session highlights of the camp & many kids also shared their experiences about how they do pratikraman in their day to day life & use Dadashri's wonderful keys to happiness. They performed skits on the topic 'Respect' using junk material provided to each group. Overall both the groups had fun filled two days with lots of stories & games to keep their little minds occupied to the fullest capacity.
